To Our Out of Town Guests: Thank you so much for planning to come all this way to celebrate with us as we get married! Here are a few details you might want to know about. Hotel Block We have reserved a block of rooms at the Comfort Suites hotel in Waco for our wedding guests who will be traveling to get here. They are giving us a discounted rate of $85 per room per night for either a King Suite or a Double Queen Suite. The only stipulation is that you must reserve your room by December 29th at the latest to get this rate! After that day, the rate goes up to $120. Below is the contact information for the hotel. When you call, tell them that you are with the Wall Wedding and they will give you the discounted rate. This discounted rate is good from Wednesday, January 28th until Monday, February 2nd. . But, it is a very small airport so flights are limited...just an FYI. Driving Directions: From Dallas --Take I-35 South until you get to Waco! (it's pretty simple) To the hotel: Once you get into Waco, go past Baylor University on the highway and exit on Valley Mills Drive. At the light (Valley Mills Dr), go left over the highway. When you get to the round-a-bout, take the first exit and you will see the Comfort Suites Hotel right there. From Austin --Take I-35 North until you get to Waco! (also pretty simple...) To the hotel: Off of I-35, take the Valley Mills exit. Go straight at the stop sign. Before you get to the round-a-bout, you will see the Comfort Suites Hotel on your right. We will see you all soon!!
